Adam is a dedicated Osteopath who graduated with a BOst (Hons) degree from the College of Osteopaths, bringing to the profession a powerful blend of clinical skill, lived experience and a decades-long background in business and telecommunications. His journey into osteopathy began through personal experience, recovering from rugby and martial arts injuries that gave him a deep appreciation for the impact of effective treatment. That insight later became the inspiration for his professional calling.
A lifelong athlete, Adam is a regular gym-goer, runner, and cyclist, with more than 10 years of experience of playing and coaching Rugby Union and a long-standing commitment to martial arts. His active lifestyle provides him with a unique, practical understanding of the demands placed on the body and the frustrations that injuries can bring, which his patients value when working with him.
In practice, Adam has a patient centred approach, taking time to build a full picture of each person’s experience, communicating clearly so patients feel informed, supported and genuinely partnered in their care. His philosophy is simple yet powerful:helping people return to their normal, whether that means playing the sport they love, moving through daily life comfortably, or simply being pain-free.
Adam’s most frequent advice to patients reflects his ethos:movement is medicine, activity equals longevity and always be kind to yourself.
Outside the clinic, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, playing the drums, training in martial arts, following rugby and football and cooking Mediterranean-inspired dishes and curries.
